Dining Out: Why not open small door on 109 Street to taste cafe's impressive small-plate menu.

Why not? Because chef Levi Biddlecombe is in the kitchen preparing a compact menu of small plates that are beautiful, delicious and definitely at odds with the roadhouse decor. Biddlecombe, who trained in culinary arts at NAIT, ran the popular food truck Attila the HUNgry and was head chef at Packrat Louie before opening the Why Not Café about six months ago.

Attila the HUNgry

Chef Levi had owned a food truck Attila the HUNgry for just three years. Though in those three years it was named

People’s Choice Best Food Truck in Edmonton in 2015.
Attila the HUNgry had served Asian Influenced Street Food for many events such as weddings and Taste of Edmonton as well as serving many great dishes for the city of Edmonton during the food truck season.
